DELIVERY and PAYMENT

1. Payment options

Organic Choice accepts direct Electronic Fund Transfers to our account. Company’s banking details are provided during check-out process.

Online payments with credit cards (VISA and Master Card) via Monster Pay security system.

Cash payments are accepted only for collections of orders at our office and with prior written arrangement via e-mail or fax.

2. Transaction currency

All prices are displayed in South African Rands and include VAT.

3. Delivery policy

Organic Choice offers the following delivery options to its customers:

3.1. Delivery by ordinary Post Office service:

Charges are as per Post Office SA current rates which are valid from 01.April.2013 till 31.03.2014:

Domestic Parcel Rates (non regulated tariffs, subject to change)

Ordinary Parcel is any postal item that is bigger than 353 x 250 x 30 mm and/or weighs more than 1kg.

Maximum length for Ordinary Parcel is 1m plus girth may not be more than 2m.

Please, note that Post Office delivery time is subject to their terms and conditions and usually takes longer that courier service.

3.2. Courier service

Organic Choice uses the services of few courier companies in order to provide the best possible rates to our customers.

- For deliveries in Gauteng area the rate is R51.30 (incl.VAT) per box with maximum sizes 50cm x 50cm x 50cm and up to 10kg.

- For deliveries to the rest of the country rate is R99.90 (incl. VAT) per box with maximum sizes 50cm x 50cm x 50cm and up to 5kg.

Organic Choice might change the courier service fees without prior notice, subject to Courier Companies policy.

Please note the Courier deliveries are made during work days and normal office hours.

3.3. Collection at our premises

For customers who wish to collect personally his/her orders our physical address will be provided after prior arrangement with by e-mail or fax. We are located in Pierre van Ryneveld, Centurion, Gauteng.

Please, note that payment has to be arrange prior of collection. We prefer electronic type of payments, but if cash payment is chosen - a prior arrangement (via e-mail or fax) is required so the order can be prepared and packed in time for the collection.

3.4. Internatinal orders

For orders outside of South Africa the delivery will be arranged with surface mail via South African Post Office service.

For air mail rates, please contact us for quotation at info@organicchoice.co.za. Please, note that rates for South African Air Mail inernational service are considerebly higher.

4. Delivery time

Processing of orders will be done within 24 - 72 hours of receiving them, but parcels will only be dispatched after proof of payment is received via e-mail or fax. No sms notifications are accepted. For online payments with credit cards no proof of payment is required.

Please, note that our general delivery time is 3 to 7 working days, subject to availability of products from manufacturers/ distributors.

Although the courier service offers overnight deliveries, we cannot guarantee that certain product will be available from the manufacturer/ supplier or that manufacturer/supplier will provide requested products for immediate collection.  Therefore we cannot offer overnight delivery.

During December holiday season most manufacturers/suppliers require longer time for processing orders, which might make our delivery time longer. We will make every effort to stock the most popular items to avoid any inconvenience to our customers.

Gift packs, however, will be stocked in advance and available for express delivery, subject to availability.

Take note, that delivery to be finalized means that anyone present at the delivery address provided can sign for the parcel.

If the delivery address is unattended when delivery is attempted it will be Courier discretion to leave a message and try to schedule a second attempt to deliver, subject to Courier’s terms and conditions.

For international deliveries time varies depending on destination. International surface mail may take from 4 weeks up to 3 months.
