Here is a recipe that is made with only 100% natural ingredients. Feel free to add any type of fruit or nut to keep things fresh!
2 organic Bananas
1ts Raw Honey
1 cup Natural Yoghurt
1/2cup finely chopped raw Cashews (or other nuts)
Blend all ingredients together in a blender
Pour the mixture into ice lolly moulds or ice trays and freeze.
