Flax seeds have been milled to produce this fine powder which has a pleasant nutty flavour. The majority of the oil has been removed before milling which prolongs its shelf life. Flaxseed flour can be used for gluten free recipes, added to cereals, poridges and yogurts or to improve texture and provide fibre to regular baking products.
