Earthshine African Artisanal Cacao Powder is made from African heirloom, organically grown cacao beans from a small scale craft production in Tanzania.
Cacao butter is pressed out the heirloom cacao beans and the remaining cacao solids are then finely ground to make this rich chocolatey powder. Reddish brown in colour, ideal for all cacao powder uses.
Earthshine African Artisanal Cacao powder is free of any additives, synthetic additives, flavours and preservatives.
