Almond oil is extracted from almond kernels and can be used as a substitute for olive oil in frying and baking recipes. Crede Almond Oil has high smoke point and fresh, neutral taste. It has a similar oleic acid (omega-9, mononusaturated) content as olive oil and is fairly heat resistant and stable. Almond oil is a rich source of vitamin E and is beneficial in many ways, including digestion.
