White kimchi is enjoyed for its mild, refreshing taste. It’s also child-friendly and great for people who have issues with spicy food. Baek Kimchi has all the saltiness, sourness, crunch and health benefits of Classic Kimchi but less of the chilli heat. Storage instructions: Must be refrigerated at ALL TIMES! Baek Kimchi is filled with naturally grown live bacteria and therefore need to be kept at 5 degrees Celsius or less to prevent over-fermentation.
