Directions for use: As a food supplement for adults, one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by healthcare practitioners. Do not exceed directions for use.

- Dandelion Leaf (Taraxacum officinale): Dandelions contain sesquiterpene lactones, phytochemical compounds that are unique to this plant.
