It can also be used to promote sleep and relieve digestive issues, such as indigestion, nausea, or gas. Chamomile has also been used for its anti-inflammatory and pain relieving effects and for conditions like back pain, neuralgia, and arthritis. Escentia Cape Chamomile Oil is 100% pure essential oil.

    Directions for use: Always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil. Chamomile essential oil can be used in burners, diffusers, bath water, or added to body and facial beauty products.
    Place 1-2 drops into an oil burner for aromatic properties.
    Place few drops into a 50ml to 100ml carrier oil of your choice for topical use. Mix well, then apply evenly and sparingly.
    Apply to the feet before bedtime or use with any carrier oil of your choice for a calming and relaxing massage.
