Free of wheat, gluten, soy, dairy products, egg, nuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacean shellfish, colours, and artificial flavours.

Directions to use:
Adults: Take 1 (one) drop up to 5 (five) times daily
Children age 4 (four) and above:  1 one drop daily.

Notice: It is highly recommended that serum 25(OH)- and 1,25(OH)2-vitamin D be monitored every 60-90 days while consuming this product to ensure that levels remain in an acceptable range.
