Ingredients: Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)
Directions to use: Mix 1 teaspoon of dried herb with 200ml boiling water. Cover and let stand for 10-15 minutes. Strain and consume as normal tea.
Suggested dose: Adults: 1 cup 2-3 times a day.
