Ingredients: Grapeseed oil, therapeutic grade essential oils of Bergamot, Geranium, Rosemary and Juniper.

Directions to use: Apply 1 drop to the back of each leg and massage using 8 stroke upwards. Then apply 1 drop onto your stomach area and massage 8 times in a clockwise motion.
