Einkorn is an ancient grain, similar to wheat, the first to be domesticated and which has not been modified. This high protein, low carbs staple is suitable for those with gluten sensitivity.
Grain Mill uses the old fashioned way of milling the grains with slow, hand-crafted stone mills leaving the flour unheated and therefore unharmed, with a high nutritional profile. Their Einkorn pasta is made with wholegrain flour and is free from preservatives, flour improvers, and any synthetic additives.

Ingredients: organic cold-stone ground Einkorn (Triticum monococcum), water

Directions to use: Cook is boiling water for 5 to 8 minutes. Drain, rinse and serve with your favourite sauce. Make 2 large portions.
