Fennel Seed Oil is extracted from the fennel plant seeds via steam distillation. The oil has strong liquorice aroma and sweetish taste. Fennel has been traditionally used to improve digestion, as a month freshener and as a culinary herb. Fennel oil poses strong antioxidant and antimicrobial properties and may help with alleviating bloating and gas, abdominal spasms and pain, IBS symptoms, diarrhoea and constipation.
