Directions for use: The oats make a delicious addition to muesli, baking bread, or muffins. Grind the oats in a blender to make a fine oatmeal.
To make into porridge:
Bring 1 cup of oats and 2 cups of water to the boil with a pinch of salt
Allow to simmer for 10-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
Serve with milk, honey, and chopped nuts
