Gluten Free Whole Grain Oat Flour (Wholesome Earth)


Oat Flour can replace wheat flour in baking and is especially good in quick breads and cookies. It tends to make baked goods moister, chewier and a little more crumbly. As with all gluten-free baking, adding Xanthan gum, Guar gum, Gelatin or Agar Agar will improve the quality and texture of baked good.
