Directions to use:
Acute: Take 3 capsules 3 times a day
Preventative: Take 1 capsule twice a day

About the Ingredients:
Amomum kravanh Fruit is used in traditional Chinese medicine as an aid for digestion, it also helps to strengthen the spleen and stomach.
Apple cider Vinegar is useful in reducing cramps in the body as well as the intensity of pain. It may therefore be useful in assisting with pain that is experienced with gout as well as reducing inflammation.
Bromelain is useful in gout as it may reduce inflammation and swelling. It assists in digestion of foods and may assist it the breakdown of acidic crystals.
Boswellia Serrata ext works as a natural anti-inflammatory.
Calcium D-pantothenate (B5) is used orally for inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and gout tends to attack mostly the joints; it may therefore be of assistance in treating the attacks of gout.
Coix lacryma-jobi seed may help with stiffness in the limbs. It may ease the inability to stretch or bend due to a gout attack.
Clematis chinensis root may be useful in reducing inflammation, swelling and pain.
Coral Calcium is a form of calcium that provides an alkalinising effect on the body and is therefore a useful ingredient within this complex seeing as gout is caused by a build- up of uric acid and formations of uric acid ‘crystals’.
Folic Acid Folic acid may assist in reducing uric acid levels.
Forsynthia has anti-inflammatory properties and is helpful in reducing fevers. It may therefore be of assistance in gout as the increased uric acid levels cause an increase in inflammation within the specific affected areas.
Grape seed ext helps to reduce swelling and inflammation.
Magnolia officinalis bark may be useful in relieving pain that is associated with gout.
Methyl cobalamin (B12) This is a small dosage as compared to the other ingredients within this complex. Vitamin B12 assists in building red blood cells and as part of the DNA structure formation. As it forms an integral part in the functioning of the body it may assist the body in reducing the inflammation and swelling caused by gout.
Morus alba leaf extract There are many constituents within Morus alba. A constituent called Moracin has anti-inflammatory properties and may therefore be useful in the treatment of gout.
Paeonia veitchi root is a common substance used in the treatment of gout. It is commonly used for conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis and may therefore be useful in inflammatory conditions  that gout creates.
Phellodendron amurense bark Chemicals that exist within Phellodendron that may reduce redness and swelling (inflammation).
Pine bark extract may be useful in reducing oedematous conditions i.e. swelling that gout is prone to cause around the area affected by uric acid crystals.
Pinellia ternate tuber is an underground plant, also known as a tuber, that has been found to be useful in conditions that tend towards causing swelling and inflammations, such as gout.
Polyporus umbellatus sclerotum is a type of mushroom that has been used for a wide range of ailments including conditions that cause oedema. Gout typically presents with an isolated area of inflammation and pain.
Prepared rehmania root Some chemicals within rehmania may reduce swelling and pain and the localised condition of inflammation.
Pyridoxine (B6) is commonly used in rheumatoid arthritis because it assists in reducing inflammation and painful swelling. It may therefore be of assistance in reducing swelling in gout.
Quercetin is a flavanoid that acts as an antioxidant. Quercetin has anti-inflammatory properties as well. It may be very useful in all conditions that cause inflammation including gout.
