Each capsule contains:
Inositol Hexaphosphate (IP6 +Ca and Mg)  400mg
Inositol NF12                                                        150mg
Fulvic Acid                                                              50mg

This product is Sugar free.

Directions to use:
Adults:  2 – 4 capsules twice a day.
Children under 6 years+: 2  capsules once per day.
