Storage instructions: Kimchi Mustard is a raw, live fermented condiment and must be refrigerated at ALL TIMES! Kimchi Mustard is filled with naturally grown live bacteria and therefore need to be kept at 5 degrees Celsius or less to prevent over-fermentation.
