A healthy tincture offering sour tang from the lactic acid produced during fermentation, a spicy slap from the Korean Chillis and a gut healthy boost from the present lacto-fermented bacteria. Kimchi tonic can be poured over salads, added to savoury juices, smoothies & cocktails or taken on its own as a healthy shot. Che Gourmet Kimchi Tonic is non-pasteurised and free of any artificial additives and preservatives.
200ml Ingredients: Cold Pressed Che Gourmet Kimchi Concentrate (Cabbage, Carrots, Radish, Onions, Garlic, Ginger, Korean Red Pepper Flakes)

Directions for use: Add one (1) shot (15ml) to water, soups, stews, salads or shakes
Storage instructions: Must be refrigerated at ALL TIMES! Kimchi Tonic is filled with naturally grown live bacteria and therefore need to be kept at 5 degrees Celsius or less to prevent over fermentation.
