Ingredients: natural non-chlorinated water, organic White Sugar, Black tea

Directions to use: Take 1 tbsp every morning upon waking, mixed in a glass of warm water (preferably boiled or non-chlorinated) or juice.

The Oaklands Whey products are largely lacto-fermented – an ancient food preparation technique where milk products, vegetables, grains, fruits and meat are fermented and preserved via lacto-fermenting. Unlike modern methods of food preservation, which deaden and denature foods, lacto-fermenting enhances the nutrient value in food.
The action of the bacteria makes the nutrient in the cultured foods more readily available to the body. Bacteria also produces vitamins and enzymes that are beneficial for digestion and creates healthy gut flora.
Kombucha Raw Vinegar contains B vitamins, Amino Acids, good yeast and bacteria, antibiotic substances and acetic, lactic, gluconic and glucuronic acids.
