One serving (12g) of Purple Protein contains 10g of hydrolyzed bovine collagen (Type 1).

Directions for use: Mix or blend 3 heaped teaspoons (12g) to a glass and top up with water, milk or fruit juice stirring briskly. You may add to a smoothie/ shake. Sweeten as desired.
