HOW DOES THE REAL THING KEEP IT REAL?
- Mega Omega fish oil is mega-safe because it’s mega-pure.
- First it’s molecularly distilled to remove impurities, pollutants and toxins.
- It’s also produced in a GMP and HACCP compliant facility, meaning the manufacturing meets Good Manufacturing Practice and Hazard Control and Critical Analysis standards.
- Plus it’s certified pharmaceutical-grade, meaning it’s produced under the meticulous EU standards governing production of prescription medication.
Warning: There have been some reports that increased bleeding can occur if excessive omega 3 doses (usually more than 3000mg) are taken by patients who are also on blood-thinning medications like aspirin or warfarin. These reports have been disputed. Consult your health care practitioner.
Did you know?
Fish oil is unusually rich in Omega 3 essential fatty acids. They are called “essential” because they cannot be made by the body and so must be obtained from the diet … or from a pure and concentrated fish oil supplement.
The scientific evidence is overwhelming: Omega 3 Fatty Acids help prevent and combat a range of disease states and conditions. In fact, over 3000 studies have confirmed the benefits of Omega 3s, particularly long-chain DHA and EPA. These “good fats” have been shown to positively affect heart disease, high cholesterol, hypertension, Alzheimer’s disease, nerve disorders, insulin resistance, sclerosis, osteoporosis, ADHD and various other autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.
