Milk Kefir is a probiotics rich drink made from raw full cream milk and kefir starter grains, a symbiotic combination of yeast and bacteria. Milk Kefir is very similar to yoghurt with a fresh tangy taste but has a thinner consistency. This cultured drink is believed to originate in the Caucasus Mountains area of West Asia.
