It has been used by indigenous populations for addressing various health maladies such as malaria and digestive issues, as well as its ability to gently affect neurotransmitter activity without any sedation effect and achieve more vivid dreams and recollections, and higher spiritual awareness.

Directions to use:
Tea:
Add 1 teaspoon of Lemon Balm herb in 200 boiling water. Cover & stand for 10-15 minutes. Strain and drink as a regular tea.
Adults and children over 12 years old: Drink 1 cup once a day.
Under 12 years old: Drink 1/2 cup 2 times a day.
