Freshly harvested Organic Broccoli from Natures Heritage family farm. Broccoli is from the same cruciferous family as cabbage and cauliflower. This nutrients dense vegetable provides various vitamins and minerals (Vit A, various vitamin Bs, vitamin C, vitamin K, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Iron, Zinc, and Phosphorus). It is also a rich source of antioxidants and dietary fibre. Broccoli can be eaten raw, steamed, grilled, and added to cooked meals. It makes a delicious addition to omelettes and savoury muffins.
Natures Heritage Broccoli is grown without any GMOs, synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fertilisers, and preservatives.
