Directions for use:
Hot: Boil freshly drawn water & pour over tea bag(s) in your teapot or cup. Steep for 3-5 minutes. or longer for a stronger brew. Add milk and/or honey, if desired. Children, adults and the elderly can enjoy Chamomile tea.
