Dulse flakes are dried red seaweed,harvested from the very cold North Atlantic waters. Dulse has an intensely ‘fishy’ aroma and is perfect for flavouring foods. When fried, this sea vegetable gives a mouth-watering almost bacon like flavour. Good Life Organic Dulse Flakes are rich in phyto-chemical, minerals and are excellent source of Iodine.
