Their Organic Fennel Tea is recommended for improving digestion, soothing digestive discomfort such as bloating, gas and constipation. Each teabag is to designed to be used in a teapot for making 4 cups tea.

Ingredients: Organic Fennel (leaves, seeds, stalk)

Directions to use: Use 1 tea bag to a pot with hot water. Let it stay for 5 to 10 minutes before drinking. Add honey and/or ginger if desired.
