Bragg® Liquid Aminos is an umami-packed, gluten-free liquid seasoning made from non-GMO verified soybeans. It delivers 16 essential amino acids and is a perfect alternative to soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce and tamari. Liquid Aminos are produced by treating soybeans with acidic solution which form free amino acids. The resulting Liquid Aminos add naturally savoury and salty flavour to meals.
