Freshly harvested Organic Pakchoi from Natures Heritage family farm. Pakchoi is a cruciferous vegetable high in the flavonoid quercetin which helps fight inflammation and reduces your risk of developing cancer and heart disease. Pakchoi can be served as a side or part of a savoury dish. This leafy vegetable cooks quickly and can be steamed or fried with a little oil.
Natures Heritage Pakchoi is grown without any GMOs, synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fertilisers and preservatives.
