Heirloom Organic Purple Potatoes are grown on their own farm following biodynamic principles. Purple potatoes are heirloom variety of potatoes with purple skin and purple flesh. They contain anthocyanins, plant flavonoid with antioxidant properties. Purple Potatoes are cooked the same way as regular potatoes.
