Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) has a long and well-established history and is highly respected for its health-giving properties, including improving digestion and preventing indigestion, acting as a natural toner for clearing ache and balancing skin pH, clearing dandruff, as part of controlling blood sugar levels, combating bad breath, soothing sore throat etc.
