They are rich source of plant protein and fats, and contain various minerals such as Copper, Manganese, Magnesium, Phosporus; vitamins such as Biotin, Thiamine and vitamin E and antioxidants. Peanuts can be made into flour or butter or used to make peanut oil.
Heirloom Foods Organic Raw Peanuts are grown without using any synthetic pesticides and herbicides. They are also non-GMO.
