Direction to use: Rolled oats are easy to prepare. To make them, place one part oats and two parts water in a cooking pot, set the pot over medium heat and simmer the oats for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are soft and thick. Serve and enjoy. As oats are very plain-tasting when prepared with water, you can and add flavour in various ways. Try raw honey, brown sugar, agave nectar or any fruits nuts and berries of your choice. For a creamy texture, stir in any type of milk or cream. You can also try using any of your favourite nut butters.
Rolled Oats can also be soaked overnight and only heated if needed.
