Credé Organic Sesame Oil is not roasted and has light colour and flavour. Sesame oil has a high smoke point and is ideal for frying. It can also be used in salads and many East Asian and South Asian cuisines. This rich in in omega-6 essential fatty acids is very stable, containing natural preservatives and vitamin E, an antioxidant that has been correlated with lowering cholesterol levels.
