It is used to flavour salami and Chorizo sausages. Good Life Organic Smoked Paprika can be used to spice up stews, paella, sauces and marinades, to rub on meat or sprinkle on eggs.

Directions to use: Smoked Sweet Paprika is excellent flavour to stews, paella, marinades and sauces. Dry rub on meat. Sprinkle of eggs. Adds a smoky depth to sautéed greens, vegetarian soups and stews.

Did you know?
There are many types of Paprika. Different dried peppers will make different paprika: mild sweet paprika (most common one), yellow or orange paprika and different levels of hot paprika.
When the peppers are smoked-dried, they will make smoked paprika.
The mild sweet paprika brings red colour and very gentle flavour to meals, while the smoked paprika with its very deep smoky flavour is used for sausages, salami and more intense flavoured dishes.

Note: Smoked Paprika is not a substitute for Milk Sweet Paprika.
