Their Organic Spearmint Tea makes a refreshing drink said to help with balancing hormones, improving digestion and reducing digestive discomforts such as bloating and indigestion. Peppermint Tea may also help with stress and memory and regulating blood sugar levels. Each teabag is to designed to be used in a teapot for making 4 cups tea.
