Chartwell Herb Patch Organic Teas are made with dried herbs grown locally on land, certified by PGS South Africa. Their Organic Stinging Nettle Tea is made with pure dried Urtica diocia plant. Stinging Nettle is an ancient herbal ingredient used in Western traditional medical practices for hundreds of years. The plant contains vitamin A, C, B vitamins, minerals and trace minerals such as Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, various antioxidants and polyphenol actives.
