    Strawberries are type of berries with bright red colour and sweet, juicy taste. They are rich source of vitamin C, dietary fibre, vitamin B9, Manganese and Potassium. These popular berries contain various anthocyanins, which are plant pigments with potent antioxidants properties.
    Consuming strawberries regularly is believed to assist with maintenance of normal blood pressure and overall cardio-vascular health.  Latest scientific research suggests that the fibres in strawberries are able to bound to certain heavy metals and help remove them from the body.
    Heirloom Foods Organic Strawberries are grown on their own farm and are free of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fertilisers and GMOs. They are also non-irradiated and free of preservatives.
