This butter is excellently made, and nutritionally pure.
At home, I only eat food that is prepared with either Himalayan Salt or Celtic Salt. I avoid regular salt.
So, when I saw that this butter uses Himalayan Salt, I was pleasantly surprised and also relieved, as I can eat it without worrying about regular salt causing havoc in my body.
My body is very sensitive, and I know that this is a high quality and clean butter, because my body welcomes it. In contrast, my body reacts with athlete’s foot if I eat butter from hotels or regular supermarkets.
I’m very happy with the quality, texture, and taste. It is delicious.
