Directions to use:
Pre-exercise: Mix 2 rounded scoops (16.66g) with 300ml to 400ml water. Best taken 30min – 1 hour before exercise.
Maintenance; Mix 1 rounded scoop (8.33g) with 300ml of water twice daily. Best taken in the morning and afternoon.
Children ages 8 to 16 years (28kg and above): Mix 2 teaspoons (6g) with 240ml to 480ml water once a day.
Not recommended for children under 8 years old.
