Other ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose), vegetarian capsule shell (gelatine free), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetarian flow agent), magnesium silicate, silicon dioxide, colloidal silicon dioxide

Directions for use:
Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily with meals or as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
Warning: Do not use when pregnant. Not for use by persons under 12 years of age. Do not use if sensitive/ allergic to any of the ingredients.
