Directions to use:
For use as a thickener: Dissolve Potato Flour in a little warm water before adding to hot liquids.
For baking: For best results in baking mix Potato Flour with other flours according to recipe.
Baking suggestions: Use Xanthan Gum/ Guar Gum as a binding agent to improve the texture and volume of gluten-free baked products.
