Our Purple Kraut is made with white cabbage and red cabbage, which are left to ferment naturally over few days to few weeks. During the fermentation the kraut gets vibrant purple colour, sourish taste and delicious crunchy texture.
This living condiment provides dietary fibre, probiotics, vitamin C and other antioxidant compounds. It makes delicious and healthy side dish for meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, cheese boards, omelettes etc.
All Organic Choice krauts are made in small batches with organically grown veggies and Atlantic Sea Salt. They are raw, non-pasteurised, free from preservatives and any synthetic additives.
