Heirloom Foods Raw Sauerkraut is made is small batches using their own organic cabbage and carrots. It is raw, non-pasteurised and ready to eat as is. Raw Sauerkraut makes excellent addition to braai, fish, savoury meals, eggs and omelettes etc. It can eaten at breakfast, lunch and dinner and helps keep digestive tract healthy by providing live probiotics and fibre.
