Directions to use: As a food supplement, take 2 capsules daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Saberry®, being water soluble, can also be conveniently incorporated into various beverages such as juices, iced tea etc.

Amla fruits are regarded as an adaptogen. The term ‘adaptogen’ is used by herbalists to refer to a natural product that potentially increases the body’s resistance to stress, trauma, anxiety and fatigue.
