Stinging Nettle Tea (Meridian Herbs)

Ingredients: Pure Nettle Leaf (Urica Dioica)

Directions for use: Place 1 teaspoon (5g) of Stinging Nettle Tea into 200ml of boiled water. Cover and let is stand for 10-15 min. Pour through strainer and drink hot or cold.

Suggested dosage:
Adults: 1 cup 2-3 times a day
Children under 12: 1/2 cup 2 times a day.

It is best known for the stinging reaction that occurs when the skin comes into contact with the fine stinging hairs (also known as trichomes) located on its leaves and stems.
