Ingredients: Cabbage, onion, carrot, Himalayan salt, garlic, oregano, chilli, cumin.
Directions to use: Keep the Salvadoran Kraut refrigerated. For best taste and to preserve live probiotics and enzymes do not heat and microwave. Serve with meat dishes, braai, used as topping on burgers and hotpots, add to salads and curries, wraps, and with cheese platters.
