Directions to use:
Best method: Blend 30g (2 rounded tablespoons) with 300ml of hot water. Stir occasionally while drinking, relax and enjoy!
Alternative method if you don’t have a blender: Heat up 300ml of water. Put 30g powder (2 rounded tablespoons) into large mug. Add just a splash of the hot water and mix to a smooth paste. Top up with the rest of the hot water, stir very well. Stir occasionally while drinking relax and enjoy!
Optionally, take it to the next level by adding coconut cream or hemp milk. If you eat dairy, try a splash of organic cream, knob of grass fed butter or spoon of collagen powder.
