Ingredients: Sutherlandia frutescens
Directions to use: Mix 1 teaspoon of Sutherlandia tea with 200ml boiling water. Cover and let it stand for 10-15 minutes. Strain and consume as normal tea.
Suggested dose: Adults: 1 cup 2-3 times a day. Under 12: ½ cup 2 times a day.
